Shipping Information

We ship worldwide. No matter where you are we will get our product to you.

NOTE: Any custom charges that are incurred are liable with you

A lot of our products are handmade. However on average, orders are processed and shipped within 1-5 business days. Our courier takes it from there. Once in their system, your tracking will update with delivery information. 

Please allow 24-48 hours from the time you receive your tracking code for it to update.

USA, Canada: 7 - 17 days
UK, Europe: 7 - 17 days
Australia, New Zealand: 7 - 18 days

These times may increase around national holiday periods

If you have put in the incorrect delivery address on your order then please contact us ASAP. If your order hasn't been shipped or processed then we can update your delivery address no problem. If the order has been shipped or processed then unfortunately there is nothing we can do.

When you order multiple items at a time they might be shipped separately as products are shipped from different warehouses that we own closest to your address. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once... they all will get to you! 

Our headquarters is based in the UK. We use warehouses in USA, UK and the Far East. We are NOT a Chinese company.


Something not right with your order?

We are happy to help. Please send photos & videos of the damaged or broken product not working to:, and we will assist you further. We must be notified within 48 hours of package arrival. We require photos or videos to best assist you.

We always try our best to cancel your order, however if your order has already been shipped or processed then we cannot cancel your order. When your order arrives and you decide to keep it or return it back to us, simply email us your decision.

If you would like to change your order then please do contact us ASAP. We will try our best to accommodate any changes providing your order hasn't already been shipped. If your order has been shipped then we will not be able to change the order but we always welcome a return if you would like to.

Our policy lasts 30 days from receipt of your order. If 30 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Items must be in unused condition with the seals intact
